 Zumba® Kids offers age appropriate music and programming, which includes both follow along and break down of a few songs, plus games and peer performances.  Whereas Zumba® is a 60 minute high energy Latin dance workout with all follow along songs.  

We offer classes for children ages 4 - 12.  Older children can typically enjoy a regular Zumba® class.

Most classes are 60 minutes, although we offer a 30 minute version as well.  

Yes!  We offer various birthday packages with add-ons for Karaoke, Yoga, Hair Braiding, and Glow Party
